Well as you've written it on here I'm guessing it was nothing serious, so I'd have to say that something worse would be the police knocking on my door with seriously bad news!

yes. having the police standing over your unconsciously asleep body shining a MAG-LITE into your eyes while yelling, "are you 18? are you 18?" and "are there any firearms in the house?" in addition to, "are your parents home? where are your parents?" who just happen to have left you, a 17 year old, home alone with his two younger brothers for the week while they went to the 1000 island on a sail boat trip.
then, to scramble out of bed only to find over two dozen police, fire and rescue, paramedics, swat, and sheriff searching every nook and cranny of your house to find those non-existant firearms that your stupid little brothers told the SUICIDE LINE they had loaded and ready to use.
that should turn your frown upside down.

It depends on why they are there?? If they are escorting Ed McMahon with a huge check then my day would start off pretty good but for any other reason would totally suck!!

No, I cannot. If it was me I would be scared that something happened to someone I loved and they were there to tell me. It would scare the poop out of me. I sincerly hope your day gets better and not worse.
