Doesn't it seem like it is more panhandlers now than ever?

I haven't noticed, but if there are, it's because of all the jobs that have been outsourced to other countries

I don't see any here but maybe because the town i live in is small. i hope there's no more panhandlers or small kids begging anymore though...do you know there's actually ppl that are so evil that they cut away a child's legs and hands so strangers will pity the child and give them money? A 7 years old kid was kidnapped from his school from my town and family friend saw him begging without any limb in a country nearby. This is just sad..i mean, how could anyone even do that
