I'm from the 80's and when I used to watch wrestling (mainly WWF) we had wrestlers that were Legends,Icons if you will. Thats why I dont watch anymore. I used to love seeing Andre The Giant,Hulk Hogan,Co Co Beware,Jimmy Snuka,Junkyard Dog,Bruno Samartino,Demolition,The Rockers(Shawn Michaels and Marty Jennety),Jake The Snake, and many more. That was classic wrestling for me. now it's pretty much crap I think. Anyone feel the same?

I started watching wrestling in the late 80's back when I was in elementary. Mostly WWF, but on saturday afternoons WCW would air, and I miss that man. Watching ric flair at his dirty best, STING, william regal, arn anderson. Then on sundays we would watch WWF. Back then, many taping shows of WWF, it was rare to see SUPERSTARS wrestle, there would be 2 good matches but the rest you would only see unkown names wrestle, but occasionally we would see guys like jake the snake roberts, yokozuna, tugboat, earthquake, tatanka, mr.perfect, bam bam, savage, RAZOR RAMON 123KID im talking about watching classic tagteams like demolition, the bushwhackers, million dollar corporation, the rockers, legion of doom, BRET HART and JIMMY NEIDHART. THAT WAS CLASSIC WRESTLING, the glory days of WRESTLING are long gone, couldnt agree with you more man.

It's different there used to be less wrestlers so we get more attached to the faces and we hated the heels a lot. Now the WWE is falling aprt. Even 5-6 years ago they were good. Back when every night Austin or The Rock cut a good promo. Right now they have competition. Back in the time of WCW they had to step it up now TNA is nothing. Even if TNA has more talented wrestlers. ( Joe, Angle, Style) Their stories are boring. WWE is kinda slipping now with all the injuries.
