No. Do it the way you would do it if you were performing the scene onstage in front of a regular audience (that's what they're looking for). In most cases, it's not appropriate to break the "4th wall". Pretend like there are other actors up there with you, if the monologue is delivered to other characters.

you should visualize who you are talking to. its called the 4th wall. practice doing the monologue to a trusting friend. put them in the place of the other character. when you do the monologue, visualize your friend and their character. theatre is mostly an intimate experience for both the actors/audience. keep in mind though, that the casting directors could be at the back of the auditorium, or 8 feet away. try practicing your monologue in many different situations. that should give you different ways of reciting the monologue to choose from and you will make the right choice at the right time for the audition.

not to scare you, but having directed, the casting director will know if you get the call back within 10-15 seconds into the audition. its because you have to sit through ALL of the good and bad auditions. so, on that note, make sure you are in it to win it at the beginning. then, at the callbacks, you can really show the whole transformation of your character. be confident and rock it out. remember: auditioning is (as my friends say) as important, if not MORE important than acting in a show. practice practice practice....other than that, break a leg! all the best to you.

If you are doing a monologue that's directed at the audience, look out toward the audience but not directly at them. I've been told that if you look sort of at the aisles it looks as though you're covering everyone out there, but I don't know. I just sort of glance toward the people in the audience in a scanning sort of way.
If you are doing a monologue that's directed to an 'invisible character' then pick a spot in space and focus on that. Say you're on stage and you look to the left or right...if it's at eye level I always pick the exit signs toward the back. The audience can't tell what you're looking at. To them you may be looking at someone 4 feet in front of you or at a mountain 30 miles away.
For sure, don't look directly at the casting people for the whole monologue...they tend to get uncomfortable after a few minutes of someone staring at them and they begin to squirm in their seats as though they have to fart.
Break a leg at your next audition!!!

Never look a judge in the eye. It will make you and the judge uncomfortable and will put you in an awkward position. Some people like to look straight over the judges heads. For me it works just to have a general gaze and to keep moving your eyes. Staring at one point is bad and boring. Break a leg!

I agree with those who say deliver the monologue to the judges as though they were your scene partner.

you should do it as if it were happening in real life. if you are supposed to look forward than look forward. Just remember to NEVER turn your back to the judges.
