I look in the Motorcycle Racing section once and a while.

Go to - Suzuki Motorcycle Parts - 2002 - JR80 - Crankcase Cover
Right side of the bike, # 9 is the oil fill cap.
# 7 is the oil level check bolt.
Hold the bike straight up and down (as if you were sitting on it).
With the check bolt removed, fill until oil starts to drain out the hole.
When the oil stops draining, put the bolt back in.
Start and run the bike for a couple of minutes.
Turn it off and let it cool down for a couple of minutes.
Hold the bike up again and remove the check bolt.
Repeat the procedure.
Add oil until it comes out, let it finish draining and install the bolt.
