Absolutely correct. This video explains it well (compare 1 minute in a bacteria's life to 10 years in human population growth at 7% per year). I just included it to make that point; it is worth watching the entire series to learn about exponential growth and doubling times..

It would be less likely that there would be climate change. But there's no way to shrink the population. It's out of control.

no there wouldn't, you see a human being breathes oxygene which is good for nature and debreathes carbon oxyde which is awful to the nature, and plus if there were 6 million human beings the number of cars and motorcycles will decrease which is also good for the nature....

No we wouldn't. However, I think going to every country except for Fiji for example and saying "sorry, for the Fijians sake you all have to die" wouldn't be particularly popular.
