Nefertiti?

Question

I've seen people on here saying that they found Nefertiti's mummy in the 1800s. Then why do they never say that on tv shows. They always say that she can never be postively identified. I've also seen someone claim they knew her heratage but I've read elsewhere that they don't really know exactly where she came from. What's with all the disagreement?

I think that most Egyptologists would rather keep her a mystery because it adds some flair to her story.

None of these are really good and it doesn't look like they're getting any better.

The body was found in 1898, but nobody really payed much attention to it. It was in poor condition. It was cataloged as Mummy 61072. The mummy was photographed in 1907 and put back in its place. Recent archeology as possibly identified her as Nefertiti, but there are some who disagree and more test will need to be done.

I don't know much about the historical Nefertiti. I only know that her bust at the old Royal Museum in Berlin is one of the most beautiful sights in the world.
