Go on my computer and answer questions on yahoo answers. Takes my mind off of wanting to hurt him.

Sometimes I tell him how upset or angry I am, but that doesn't work well, usually leads to a big argument. I've found that if I write down how and why I am in the mood I'm in (letter form) then let him read it he can understand better. I won't be crying,yelling,etc. And 8 times out of ten things get resolved and I feel better. It might not always be an immediate response but I feel better letting him know how I feel. I think when they read it they understan better.

I talk about it, I try to find a way to say how I feel , and hopefully this will open the communication lines , it always makes me feel better to let it out..
Sleeping it out , is like ignoring it and it's bound to come up again, eating it away is absolutely not healthy it could lead to weight gain and unhealthy eating habits.
drinking it away is obvious , alcoholism, because what,every time you feel upset your going to grab a drink?
If you can't talk about I suggest walk it off, read , talk to a friend, meditate, exercise, anything to keep your mind busy.

LOL @ ~honey~ Yeah, you and my wife would get along. The first time the wife picked up one of the kids' toys and flung it at me.... Well, added a little amusement to an ugly arguement. Anyway...
I used to go for a drive. Seems years later this just p*ssed her off more so when I'd come home calm, she would be raving. Now I just get on the computer and ignore her. Still p*isses her off, but I don't use as much gas.

To make myself feel better, I shop. I don't eat because that will ruin my figure. I don't sleep, because then I'll miss out on something and I want to enjoy every moment of my life. I don't drink because that can lead to me making some irrational decisions. It's about me, so I do things that will benefit me and make me look and feel good. Take care of yourself!!

When he makes plans to do something together I make busy, sometimes I don't have a thing to do. Go shopping and buy myself something nice and don't get him anything, because he would be expecting something (I'm the type of person when I go shopping I look for him too)

i usually talk to him in a civilize and mature way but sometimes as we talk , it turns into an argument when he does not want to understand or is being sarcastic about the whole thing!!! i can't eat nor sleep when i'm upset or stressed out... i will go shopping though...LOL

I try to separate myself from what really happened and the anger that comes with it. I try not to let the other person get the best of me because they already have upset me so why should I let them do it twice. SMILE
