It depends on the wall you are puttihng them on, if you are placing the panels directly onto tiles them your only realistic option is to use glue, this would be a strong adhesive like no-more nails.

if they are going directly onto a prepared wall them you can use screws or a staple gun.....these are places onto the lip of each panel so that when your next one locks into place they are hidden.

here is a useful guide showing you how to fit the panels:https://www.bcspanels.com/Articles/How-to-Fit-Wall-Panels

You really have a choice of two ways;
1st you can use no-nails directly onto the wall.

2nd if your wall is uneven you could,screw lat wood across the wall and fasten the pvc to this using screws and plastic screw covers available at any diy store.

You need an impact adhesive. Evostic is best. It will be very strong and withstand any steam. But make sure you position correctly before putting in place, or you will never remove it. A cheaper option would be tile cement or 'no more nails', but you will have to support whilst drying takes place.

what is it being stuck againt?
silicon would be your best option depending on what you are sticking it to, make sure surface clear of dust ect.

a low modular type silicon is more expensive, but has a better final finish good make would be soudal
