If the person happens to be psychic, Yes. I know all the answers. I can read your mind. LOL. Probably not. Unless the person gets extremely lucky and guesses the right answer, no you cant know the answer without knowing the question.

Yes but you won't know you know the answer until the question is asked. Most people probably have answeres to a lot of questions but there is no need to answer until the questions are asked.

Of course. You would generally need to know about a subject before you answered a question about it. At least you should. So it would follow that you know the answer before the question is asked. Youjust don't know who to answer before they ask the question.
