a cubic yard of gravel is equal to about a ton and a half of gravel so ballpark would be 17x1.5 to order in tons.have the truck spread it as best they can and get a wheel barrow, shovel and rake and get busy

The delivery truck should be able to spread it out the length of the driveway as part of the delivery fee. It will be about $30-40 a yard here in Washington depending on the material you want.

90 feet x 20 feet x 0.25 feet = 450 cubic feet
450 cubic feet = 16 2/3 cubic yards

90'x20'=1800 sq ft
27cu ft /y@3"=108

1800 div by 108 =16.6yds
