India got eliminated from the world cup in the first round itself even when the Tridev were playing. Even if they are in the team for Twenty/20 Championship,the success of India cannot be guaranteed. Hence why not try out the young
squad without the Tridev. If the team can do it, it will be very
creditable.

IMHO, India needs to select younger players with Yuvi or Dhoni
as Captain. The team composition should have big time hitters,
fast medium pacers and good athletes like Kaif, Raina....
Dump all biggies....Sachin, Dravid and Ganguly should sit out.
Need a young low arm bowler who can spin.....
So my team would be:
Karthik, Gambhir, Yuvraj, Dhoni, Kaif, Raina,
Chawla/Pawar, Zaheer, Irfan, Sreesanth, Bose(?)/RP Singh

I have also heard the same as you. And, I have heard that 'Tridev' themselves have refused to participate in the 20- 20 world cup.

it's really hard 2 beat sides like england,,australia,, in 20-20..who can play really nice in 20-20....it will b good if ind performs well

Frankly, I feel the Indian team stands a much better chance without its NPA (Non-performing Assets) , i.e., tridev...maybe u can also rename them as tridanav...
