hi,
i am so sorry for your loss, it must be awful but rest assured it will NOT have been the parsley that killed it.
rabbits CAN eat a wide range of 'human' veg (not lettuce) and mine love paper and cardboard!! like someone else said, if the cardboard had chemicals on then i guess this may be a factor.
Don't beat yourself up about it, it was probably just 'one of those things'. i don't mean to be flippant at all, i'm just sure it was nothing you did.

Parsley would not kill a rabbit. It must have died because of something that happened up to a week ago, it doesn't always take just a few minutes for a rabbit to die of something you did or didn't do for it. Cardboard and paper might have killed it, but most likely only if they had harmful chemicals.

Parsley will not kill your rabbit, mine love it. Cardboard won't kill them either.
The only way to tell would be to have your vet do a necropsy on the rabbit.
One possibility is GI stasis, but if the rabbit was still eating, that's not all that likely.

I'm pretty sure it is because of what you fed him, especially cardboard and paper. You're not supposed to feed rabbits human-like vegetables, only carrots, regular grown grass, and rabbit pellets. Sorry for your loss.
