No and there never has been. Conflict, hurting, hating, racism, envy, malice are part of human nature as we have known it. That is why we created the construct of heaven, a place where none of these has a place.
One day however there may be heaven on earth. We have the power to make it so....if we as global people choose leaders who are not avaricious, hateful or cunning in favor of their own selves or kind above all of mankind.

Yes, there are places on this earth exactly like this. Usually these are exclusive communities that limit people who are allowed within them, as religious groups and other private organizations who do not wish conflict. Mostly the world is a treacherous place where regard for others is unthought of. Remember this, What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? - Romans 8:31. The Lord daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah. - Psalm 68:19. When you enter a structure with other human beings, say quietly, Peace Be To This House. - Luke 10:5. And under the sea...only beauty and lives but no such things you have described.
If you can find a place where there is no human, that place would be the most peaceful one in the world.
Studying about humans' nature and behavior, you know about them well. What you have mentioned are tastes of life. If ppl live only in harmony, the world might not go on so round and civilized. If there is no competition, there is no development.

You are biting off too big a chunk. Yes, there is a place like that if you and your close circle make one for yourselves. If everyone did this, eventually the circles would overlap and it would encompass the world! However, you can only effect change in your small circle, so start there.

Dont forget this is earth...we all are different...forget the color of our skin...but the reasonableness of our thought is different from one another...we all dont have the same feelings on some things...even if we are the same ..we are still different...so long as we have this difference...there is always conflict between us...the good thing is ....so long as we are thinking ...we can rationalize our conflict...or...I dont realy know what the heck I am talking dont listen me

No, only after the second coming of Jesus but only after blood shed war before peace prevails for a while. but why wait when within you and me and others it can be created. In the land of fairness, in the cities of love. There will be no need to fear, for there will be no night or darkness. There will be no hunger for food will be in abundance and one will eat only what one needs.

I am guessing you mean where there is no war. Canada isn't that bad. Once somebody tried to kill the president there I think. But that is only one thing.
