I don't know if it's real wood or laminated. And how can I find the answers to this question quickly, I thought you sent the answers to me. I checked the email notification button but I never get notified.

Use a very fine-grain sandpaper, then touch up the finish with a little of whatever it is finished with.

If they are not deep burns, try fine steel wool from a hardware store. Rub the burn until the discoloration is gone and then wax the area. If they are deep, you will need to sand them down, possibly stain and then redo the coating.

Cut a piece that will never be visible, if it's wood you'll see wood.
To remove the burn, sandpaper.

the only way to do it correctly is to remove all the finish than sand the burn mark off and refinish
