Walking and other exercises. Herbally, butcher's broom (Rumex crispus), thyme, rosemary, horse chestnut, witch hazel are all herbs that can aid in improving and increasing circulation. There are many others. Circucaps by Sanhelios is a GREAT supplement and helped (and continues to help) me to heal my thrombophlebitis. Life is miserable for me without it.

You have not mentioned if you are anemic. Do not play with your circulation problems unless you are sure of what you are doing. You may end up in increasing your blood pressure. If you are anemic and you have tested positive for low hemoglobin and rbc count, then you need a tonic of folic acid and iron. These are available OTC in any medicine shops.
Green vegetables like spinach, beetroot, radish, turnips are a source of iron.
# Poor circulation can be a result of clots, diminishing blood flow, plaque deposits, and fatty deposits along the walls of arteries.
# Another serious blood circulation problem is Raynaud's disease with symptoms that include constriction and spasms of the blood vessels in the fingers, toes, and tip of the nose. This disorder generally affects women and is rare.
# Hypertension, or high blood pressure, results because the blood exerts greater pressure against narrowed or rigid blood vessels.
# Hypertension can lead to more complicated health problems such as strokes, chest pains, kidney damage, and heart attacks.
Magnet therapy also helps in improving circulation of blood. Magnetic water if had daily, improves the quality and circulation.
Foot Reflexology Internal Massage is an ancient form of "acupressure treatment" and involves applying focused pressure to particular known "reflex" points located in the foot, using the same principle as acupuncture theory which corresponds to certain other areas in the body. This is as simple explanation as we can personally give for work that is far more valuable than any definition can illustrate. Some of the recognized benefits from receiving a reflexology treatment including improve blood circulation and stress release.

Apart from exercise. The best medicine for circulation is nettle. I find it tastes and smells of wee, so I use lemon balm instead. Lemon balm, is lemony but not acidic. You can grow it easily in any shady/partial shade spot in a garden. It is also in many herbal teas.
Garlic is very good for you as well
Try not to become dehydrated. Make sure you drink enough liquid each day.
Don't take aspirin unless prescribed by you doctor. Aspirin causes ulcers and strokes, and can be lethal in combination with other drugs.

Plenty of exercise and never ever smoke. Aspirin is a double edged sword. It does not exactly improve circulation anyway, but does decrease platelet stickiness. However even the smallest dose, 75mgs, doubles your risk of bleeding from the stomach. It is therefore not recommended that otherwise healthy individuals under 50 years take it routinely.
