My sister sees a white figure that is really bright. So bright that where I live, around 5 o'clock, it's still dark, but she was able to tell the time, which of course was 5 o'clock. Have you seen one? and Do you know what it means? any superstitions about it?

Yes I believe in the bottom of my conscious that they exist. I am absolutely terrified of the paranormal, yet love learning about them. NO I have never seen one, and I am scared if I will. I hope that if a family member dies though that I will be able to see them.
And as far as your sister, comfort her and if she wants you to stay with her, I suggest you do. It not only would be the right thing to do, but it could make the spirit not show up. The light might be a reflection, but if you are sure it is one it might be a warning or sign.

Yes, i believe in them. I'm not sure if I saw one or not because they can be in animals, plants etc. But, I have heard '' Shhh'' in 5 o'clock in the morning. Once my younger brother heard it and once I did.

Yes, I saw my husband more than a year after he died.
When the spirit is someone who loves you, it isn't creepy or scary at all, it is wonderful!

They exist, but belief/disbelief will blind you to them. Scientifically "energy" cannot just disappear. Our thoughts and memories are energy. Someone who is stuck here,after death, can be seen.

she could imagining things or it coudl be that the spirit could be trying to tell her something important or something that has to be known
