Yeah I was feeling like that yesterday..
Right now I'm feeling irritated but happy, but I can tell I have a sort of short leash today.. This is probably because since I have such a horrible sleeping time-frame (go to sleep at 3am and wake up 1pm) I didn't go to sleep last night. I've been on the computer since 11:30pm and I'm not going to go to sleep until 9pm tonight.. I need to become the regular morning person I used to be.

I had the same thing yesterday. I was feeling so tired, I wanted to cry. I have gotten plenty of sleep, so I have no idea why I had the problem. By 9:00 last night I felt fine, but all day I was snappy and aggravated.
Stay away from loved ones until you feel better and see a doctor if it gets worse or doesn't go away.

Yeah, definitely and then I tend to wind myself up in my head more and more. I don't release it very well, until something small happens and I blow a fuse.
The wierd thing is the next day you feel perfectly fine again and don't know why.
My mates tend to know this and just leave me alone 'till I get over it.

When I was a child, my granny used to say I'd got out of bed on the wrong side, if I behaved like that.
So maybe go back to bed for half an hour, and get up again - preferably on the other side.

Me too... today! Aargh! No peace, all noisy here... but its all calmed down that I have found something to do. Boring everyone on YA with my answers.
Next boring thing would be trying to plan out dinner - eggs and brwon sauce? (yes yuck! lol.) Well... got to try and be adventurous.
