There are a number of good candidates on both side and most of them have a fair chance at being elected. At one time I would have said Clinton was the democrat’s best choice but having watched and listened to her I have changed my opinion. She talks of meeting with kings, and queens, and dictators, and heads of state when she was first lady. She talks about the experience she has as a Senator. I ask what has she accomplished in all this? It means nothing to the American people if she did no more than meet the people and held the office. She has been in a position to help turn the failing policies of the current administration around; have you herd her make any attempts on her own to do so? She jumps on others band wagons from time-to-time but only when there appears to be some kind of win at the end. Obama probably has not met all the heads of state but look at what he has accomplished; working his way up from the bottom and achieving success in bringing about change in the lives of thousands of people. He has not had the public eye for anywhere near the time Clinton has but compare his accomplishments to hers. If he was an unknown and had no credibility he would not be getting the recognition he is. When the dust clears Obama will still be standing and I for one will have cast my vote for him. On the other hand, if by chance Clinton gets the democratic nomination I will have to vote republican; although I thought it was great to see her in the race I have had enough of her already.

No.
They are the two democrats who will do more campigning for the republican party than anything else.
They are two who will get the republicans out to vote against them, regardless of who is on the republican ticket...
The republicans and conservates dont just dislike them... they HATE THEM...
The media has convinced enough republicans that Obama is in league with the muslem terrorists...
And Hillary, well.. The media wants her...
Chances are, with the rigged elections, it will come down to Hillary and Rudy.... Which will be like choosing between the same thing... Both with NWO agenda, Both with ties to the Neo Conns.. Both with a long history of working with one another.. (back when rudy was a democrat.)
Thing is.. makes me think of the line in the matrix..
where it is the illusion of choice that allowed people to accept their slavery.....
A ballot with hillary and rudy would be an illusion of choice.. The fate of our country would still be the same..
Personally, I'm rooting for the underdog.. Because when you look at their history, and all the facts, you can see they would be a much better choice.. any of them.. Gravel, Ron Paul, or Richardson..

Of course they are electable. The election of either one will be a hallmark in America's history...one a black man, the other a woman. They are not only electable, the election of one or the other of them is moving from possibility to probability. With every move George Bush makes, the election of either Obama or Hillary becomes closer to reality. Even 95 mentions of Al Queda in one speech will not cause the American public to trust this man again.
It is a choice between perpetual war or diplomatic efforts toward peace. It is a choice between sending young Americans as martyrs to an elusive Cause or courageously fighting our enemies where they really are. It is a choice between retaining the Balance of Power between the three branches of government, or relinquishing the power of a government of the people, by the people and for the people to a wannabe tyrant who calls himself the "Decider" and makes imperial statements while running the National Debt into trillions to support his war.
Our biggest worry is assuring a fair election, with a paper trail, and with bipartisan collection and counting of votes. With an honest election, both of these candidates are electable, both have good qualifications, and both are capable of doing a good job in the Oval Office.

If I had run I would have been the top candidate. But Bingo for your question, Yes Clinton and Obama are electable. One of these two will win.
But stranger things have happened the tables could turn and one of the other canditates might just get it. Now that would be history in the making. LOL

Okay, well, Obama and Clinton would both be firsts for the U.S.
If we can't handle an African American President yet, then we need to try and remember that we're in the 21st century, not the 11th.
In the case of Hilary, we always boast about how we're ahead of the East and Middle East, but while we're still complaining about a girl for office, India has just elected their first female President. Who knows, maybe men in this country just have bigger egos than humble ones there.
As for whether or not either stand a chance, I don't know, but I'm rooting for Clinton.

They maybe America,s only chance at survival. We have Health care that's defined by greed. We have a president now who is aware of the slavery and organ harboring that is taking place in China and Ends up apologizing to the Leader of China for a Chinese Women actions who Finlay stood up for America.s Christian morals, and then had her arrested because she spoke the truth. We need to get back to Humanistic,Civil values which defines us as decent Human Beings. Its your choice between Democracy or the New World Order. We need a President Like those you have talk about ,that are tried and true.

I think that Clinton is very electable. Obama (who I respect a great deal) just doesn't have the experience yet and I have to say that I don't entirely trust someone who runs before he has a voting record that he can be challenged on.

I think obama is more electable than Clinton because of her extensive baggage and she is not liked even by many of her party. That being said, I think the chances are slim at best for the socialist obama to get elected. Too many will associate his name with terrorism and his policies are too far left.

Obama will not be supported by the big corporations, and Hillary, although very smart ,does not have enough appeal, and many people just hate her for no apparent reason. I don't think that either of them will be elected.

My 89 year old aunt Violet could win. As long as Bush and his Republican henchmen are out of office, humpty dumpty could do a better job and win. Register and vote in the presidential election. Your country's future depends upon it.
