Why are cons so bent on undoing what has made this the greatest nation on Earth until 2001?

The libs worked hard to ignore terrorism and we are paying the price now.
The libs are working hard to ignore Social Security and we will pay the price later. Social Security is so un-American, give Americans the choice to invest their own hard earned money at 5% in a savings account vs 2.4% with the government and an IOU with a payout date that keeps sliding if the payout occurs at all.
