mercury always a liquid no melting required
other than that I would say lead

hydrogen! it already exist as a gas and is considered a metal as well as a non-metal.

apart from tht,the metals in the lower left of the periodic table av mostly less melting point.

and there's one anomalous metal in the middle tht is already in liquid state - mercury

mercury(Hg)-it has a melting point of -39ºC(234K)
after that it will be Francium which happens to be radioactive,it has an mp of 27ºC(300K),followed by Gallium 30ºC(303K) and Cesium 32ºC(305K).
