i tend to hide from people especially females because its embarrassing to have bad communication skills

Don't be worried ! Its OK to be shy and quiet girls really like that too The best way to learn social skills it to socialize like I said you can be shy and quiet just watch and learn Remember " wise men speak because they have something to say and fools speak because they have to say something

Being quiet can appear as "mysterious". Finding good role models is the best way to improve your skills. I come from white trash so it was difficult for me too.
