My girlfriend has to go to her country because her 5 year visa is going to expire. We have been together for a long time, and I know that straight people can get married and become an american citizen. soooo Can gay women do the same?

if you have a male friend who is willing, she could marry him. i know a few gay and lesbian couples who have done that to keep their partner in the country

Wish we could, that is the close minded bigotry of the U.S. The last frontier, to remove the prejudice of the gay community will take time. Soon I hope.
