I just watched her on Larry King the other night and she was saying that she was going to fight and was not going anywhere this soon. wow, she died right after she said that.
it was really sad seeing what she looked like. she was down to 65 pounds and did not look like the way i remember her.
that is a really bad disease and It is very sad to know that people suffer like that.
she is out of that misery and in a better place and yes, I am saddened.

I'm not saddened.
I thank God for removing her from this world and stopping her from telling any more lies about God.
Jesus' first word when he came preaching the gospel of the kingdom was REPENT.
She had no standard that she lived by. With her sin was not even an issue. It was all about her.
If she had preached AGAINST sin it would be a totally different story but she accepted sinners AND their sin.
So of course she was loved by the world.
Preach against sin and see what happens to you. Jesus was crucified, the apsotles were killed, the early Christians also were killed. Jesus said the world will hate us not love us.
Her lavish lifestyle, her indecent dress, her vanity and pride did NOT go to heaven.
I have NO idea where SHE is.
But I do know this the Bible says sin will not enter heaven.
People might not like what I say, but Tammy Faye was NOT a Christian, she was a religous nut who lived the life of a partying movie star.
I believe her last gaunt and deathly looking appearance was God's judgement on a silly woman who used Christianity to get rich and live a loony life kissing little dogs and marching in gay parades.

I have to confess my first reaction was humorous. I really don't like these televangelist people, and she and her husband, with their limousine lifestyle, she with all her clownish make-up, him with his bizarre sexual proclivities, struck me as the perfect example of the hypocrisy I hate about their shtick.
But upon reflection, I realize that Tammy Faye was probably a nicer person than most, and I think the desperation with which she tried to make amends at the end revealed she was at least somewhat contrite about her misbehavior.
I'm sorry for the pain she felt at the end.

no.. I am not... if she died of cancer that is a TERRIBLE way to go.. and she may be more at peace now than being eaten away by cancer.. it is out of anyone's control...death is a part of life... her death really just makes me appreciate that I am alive today.

Since she had cancer, she was undoubtedly miserable until today. Now she is in a much better place, and feeling no pain. I am happy for her.
