You need your restore DVD's or CD's to start the recovery process. If your computer's still under warranty call Dell and they can help you to reset your computer to factory settings.

You can use the restore function in windows or use your recovery discs that came with the computer. I suggest backing up all the files you may need before attempting this action. Read the articles linked below for additional information.

Why? Anyway, does not matter. start>programs>accessories>system tools>system restore. This should give you an option. The other way is to insert your OS recovery disks and follow the prompts.
