What is the optimal level of cigar smoking to maximize the enjoyment and minimize any ill-effects?

I enjoy smoking, and want to find the best level, without real short- or long-term health effects.

I'm not sure about the health effects of smoking cigars, but to optimize the enjoyment of a good cigar, is to find the rite time, like after eating, or with a cup of coffee, or just a good cold drink, and lite up. It's sorta like smokin a pipe, you only inhale occasionally, you must enjoy the taste of the gar in your mouth to really enjoy it, this should optimize your experience, but i can not answer the ill effects on our health, got to be better than cigarettes. I too am a lover of a good cigar, after quiting cigs.

Not more than 5 cigarettes a day and 3 cigars. That's the limit.

Zero. Cancer really interferes with your enjoyment of life, and that's what cigar smokers (and other tobacco users) get. There is no safe level of tobacco use.
