When I watch videos on Youtube, is said i dont have the right java script or latest flash player. What do i need to do in order to watch videos on my psp? Thanks

You need to get the Videos in MP4 format. You can either use an online converter like http://www.vixy.net to convert Youtube videos or go to http://www.guba.com/home_free and get videos that are already in MP4 format.

Well at this stage, the PSP can't show videos. maybe with a few upgrades. but, there is a way. if you run homebrew on your psp. get all the info you need at this great website.
