The best revenge is to live your life to the fullest... go out and do something anyway - don't call him.... in fact, ignore his phone calls all day.... and when you do finally talk to him, let him know you had a BLAST without him!!! "Oh, its okay, I had a really good time doing...... and I am so glad I got the chance to go to......" He will see that you don't need HIM to have a good time..
But I wouldn't trust this flake from now on... he doesn't sound like he respects committments... and do you really want someone like that in your life????

If you had plans with this person, and he or she ditches you & goes to hang with someone else, I would ask that person why they did it. Maybe they had a good reason? If so, then get over it & move on. If they didn't have a reason, then I just wouldn't make plans with that person again.

Do not call him. If you see him just say "Hi" and go on with your life. You do NOT need him. There will always be something or someone else more important than you, to him. Find someone else who will think you are special and would not miss a chance to be with you.

don't totally freak, just be casual and ask what happened, if he does it multiple times then freak. tell him to stop or there will be serious problems. ( even if its not a big deal). Doing that could waste your time. So at first be easy, and next time be clear and honest on how you feel.

This is how it is going to go and if you don't like it - and I don't blame you for not liking it - then kick this chump to the curb. Tell him he hurt your feelings and you're not going to let him get away with it. And he can start whackin' it to old Playboys from now on.

THE SAME HAPPENED TO ME JUST RECENTLY. I MYSELF WAS DISAPPOINTED, SO I LET IT GO AS WELL AS THE GIRL. I DELETED HER FROM MY PHONE AND GOING ON TO OTHER THINGS AND PEOPLE. I KNOW THIS SOUNDS HARD AND UNFORGIVING, BUT WE PLANNED THIS FOR MORE THAN A WEEK. IF THAT PERSON DIDN'T WANT TO GO OUT WITH YOU, THEY SHOULD JUST SAY SO.
