fluorescent yellow - really makes the important stuff pop
I like to underline stuff with a normal pen, then go back with the highlighter to emphasize the stuff that really needs to jump to my eyes.

I used 2 colors, on the most important words I used bright yellow because you can easily see it and to the not so important words i used green...

Sharpie Clickable Neon Yellow. I find the other colors are to dark to see through.

Well I don't use them that much but I'd have to say pink, orange & yellow when I do. Probably the first 2 more.

I buy those 5 packs... and use them in order of strength:
Pink, Yellow, Orange, Green, & Blue.
I also use them alot to color-code various scematics

blue.. the darker kind.. i can use it not only to highlight but also to write headings.. =)
