Have a pressure test done on your cooling system, also a leakdown test done. Have seen this many times, usualy turns out to be the Head Gasket.

If there are no external leaks then look elsewhere. Heater core will leak into the cabin of the car. Head gasket will leak into the oil or exhaust. Does you r oil look milky? Does it seem like there is excess moisture coming out of the exhaust?

Hey could be a few things, is your car also running a little rough?
If so it could be you have a dodgy head gaskit or cracked head and the water is escaping through your exuaust system.
EA's are renown for doing head gaskits.
sorry for the bad news..
