Overpopulation, Islamic terrorism, floods, the military crisis in Iraq and a dependency on fossil fuels! The future doesn´t look too bright.

This article on the impending fuel crisis is very interesting: http://environment.independent.co.uk/climate_change/article2790960.ece

The Brown government´s current spat with Russia doesn´t look to clever now - though of course it is designed as a smokescreen to divert attention away from the issues surrounding Britain surrendering her sovereignty to the EU.

Anyway, I recommend you read the article, but here´s an extract:

´Humanity is approaching an unprecedented crisis when not enough oil and gas will be produced to keep industrial civilisation running, the world's top oilmen warned last week.´

Russia´s in a very strong position here, with around 12% of the world´s known oil reserves and 56% of the world´s natural gas...Brown might do well to remember this.

"the worlds top oil men"? sounds slippery to me already.... read peak oil we have already reached and surpassed the maximum output. the uk not in decline we are gonna need more nuclear not because we love it but because we refuse in our own little heads to believe that we are a in the poo. if the history of oil production was put in a 24 hour context the time is 23.55...enjoy the 4 by 4 now because in 20 yrs time it will be only good for flower potting

It's not just Britain, but globally - the world needs to assess it's problems.

Immigration could prove a problem as the UK is just too small to deal with such large numbers of people coming in to the country. There is nothing racist about commenting on immigration problems as I'm sure all cultures and backgrounds of people in the UK, citizens, nationals or newly entered immigrants would want their living environment to be safe and habitable and their future secure in terms of water, housing and health. Look at the problems in China with population numbers.

The whole problem with the future of the world is one of RESOURCES- whether it is land, water, food or space and fossil fuels and oils are obviously a key part of this. Also, we are all living longer and surviving diseases.

We need to stop consumerism if we are to survive- make do with things, rather than wanting new all the time.

I can't say whether the floods are completely down to global warning, but I don't think the way we are polluting our environment helps. Look at the cars on the road- air pollution suffers- the government keeps wanting to build new homes- but where is the land going to come from? Sure it will all end up in a terrible mess.

Terrorism- well I think that will be the least of our worries in the future.

My personal opinion- don't have any kids- look after the ones that are here- the future is bleak. I'm just enjoying what is left of the beautiful things while i can- the seafront, countryside and mix of lovely people living here before we all have to abandon ship!

Ofcourse Russia may nuke us all or Korea - it's bound to happen one day with some nutter. I hope i'm not here to see it and ofcourse having no kids- they won't have to suffer it.

You make a good point about long term energy security.

I am actually beginning to gthink we made a mistake shutting down all those coal mines - even though the cost of upgrading them would hhave been horrendous.

I'd like to see a better balance between the energy we have available in the UK (coal, North Sea oil and gas, nuclear, as well as wind energy).

I think in the medium to long term we are goint o have to make hard choices about paying the extra cost of deep mined coal for new clean-burn low emission coal-fired power stations ...

But the real issue is how toi reduce our dependance on energy - we need more investment in so-called passive houses that need virtually no heating as well as other new ideas.

all the problems are signs of the NWO disease. Guard against OWG.
By the way Peak Oil and shortage is NWO lies - they use to increase their control by using alarmism. they have suppressed alternative energy for decades to keep a stranglehold on energy supplies.
The Islamism is all MI6 false flag stuff combined with a policy of allowing the radicals in to stir it up.

they want to do in billions and are using environmental issues to justify it.

the mass immigration is to break up social and national cohesion - they then bring in hate groups to create civil strife.

learn to be more skeptical about what you're told offically

This relatively is panicking approximately no longer something. it fairly is no longer so diverse to the suspension of sharia regulation interior the compounds in Saudi Arabia for western human beings. The acceptance of sharia regulation into the British criminal equipment isn't approximately it superceding British regulation, this is approximately dispute determination that British regulation won't be so useful in coping with. to illustrate, Sharia marriage isn't known right here for immigration applications, and that may not replace. What could replace is the possibility of those marriages already in existence to have their disputes and resolutions known. in addition, financial disputes and resolutions could desire to alter into known. All this suggests is that the two platforms artwork alongside with of one yet another and confirm concerns with out having to hotel to 2 courts listening to the comparable case. Sharia regulation could desire to by no skill have any result on people who are not Muslim, and in addition, Muslims could desire to by no skill be exempt from British regulation in the event that they stay right here, or are British matters.

The biggest problem is social breakdown and the rise of ASBO/ yob culture.

On almost every measure of social well-being (crime etc) we are amongst the worst in the developed world.

Unfortunately..it appears that way. The combination of social services, entitlements and open borders to Paki's, Turks, Indians, etc.. have crippled their economy, causing an unprecedented rise in crime, drug use, and civil issues that aren't going away.
