I am thinking about getting the LG VX8600. I also like the Samsung SCH u740. I have read about a thousand reviews, and they both have flaws, but I am leaning towards the LG. What is your opinion?

I just bought mine a couple of months ago and absolutely love it. The only thing that I didn't like is that the ringtones are very few. You can always add some on though. I like the size of it. Small enough that it is not in my way, yet big enough that I can talk on it comfortably. I am very satisfied with mine!!

LG phones are good. I had VX8300 and liked it a lot. VX8600 should be good too.

Take advice from someone who has one, not someone who has another LG so that one must be good too. Every manufacturer puts out good phones and garbage, and you never really know untill they are out there being used.
