"Bad Day" by Daniel Powter. Can't go wrong :]
I've read in countless magazines that just smiling at yourself in the mirror raises your happiness. I always imagine the sims game and then do some of those magazine tips [in some cases, the smiling one does work] and then I get like happiness points and... yeah :)
Edit: I just remembered the song "Bad Day" by Fuel, that's a good one too.

Ha, eh well you could play "Bad Day" by Daniel Powter...
But to lighten up Natasha Bedingfield's "Unwritten" has a really light, pop-y sounding, "women, rock, we are awsome!" feel to it. I like to listen to that to cheer up. Specifically her songs "These Words" "Unwritten" "Single" and "Drop Me In The Middle" and fun ones.
I also thought about buying Vanessa Hudgen's new CD on i-tunes for awhile. I previewed a bunch of her songs and they have a real upbeat sort of feel to them. The only song of hers I remember off the top of my head is "Baby Come Back."
Feel better hun!

If you like Hannah Montana and Miley Cyrus stuff I'd recommed that because she always helps. Her songs are so positive and they have messages that will make you feel better. They are also a lot of fun to dance too. Just listen to some fun upbeat girly music that makes you smile and want to party! :) it works everytime :)

You can listen to Baroque classical music if you want to calm yourself down. usually I listen to alternative rock like Linkin Park, Jimmy Eats World, Oasis to let out my anger and fustrations.

"When You're Going Through Hell." It's a country song and I am not sure of the artist.
