Its possible but you cant, the courts have to. You'd contact the legal department.

You would need to file a legal action, in the state where you believe the person is located.

Then, as part of that court proceeding, you would need to ask the court for an order requiring Yahoo to identify the person. Then you would amend your complaint to name that person.

After that, you would submit a discovery request to that person, to get copies of the email documents.

All of that depends on you having a valid lawsuit and cause of action that you can file in court.

goodluck. nearly all email use fake names etc. even yahoo doesnt know who they are!!! impossible. if u have a problem with an email - ignore it...
