that the thoughts and hope of love can keep you wamr in the most extreme conditions and your heart can still beat fast with her love giving you the spiritual energy.

Have been through the worst phase( i call them the coldest night) of my life, and her love kept me afloat the deepest waters.

Well, I lived in a small cabin on a lake in Alaska that was not very well insulated. I learned that most of your body heat does, indeed, escape through the top of your head and that wearing a hat and gloves to bed along with thermal undies, flannel pajamas and woolen socks is really okay and not a fashion faux pas at all.
Sexy? not so much.

Have you ever experienced a cold, still night ?
Stars like brilliant diamonds on black velvet, shine.
Snow, unmarked, a blanket of blue and white.
Its breath bracing like crystal, white wine.

Tree branches crackle with the cold
as the sharp odor of snow, your nose it bites
The river whispers, shushing without being told
Even mighty mother earth is struck dumb this night!

You are stilled as you strain to hear a faint, echoing cry,
your soul about to take to ethereal flight.
It is a sound of life that holds you fast to the earth so nigh
as you sense the world on this cold, still night.

Then you move on, the snow crunching beneath your boots.
A branch cracks and falls to shatter the quietness.
You pause when you hear the mournful cry of an owl’s hoots.
Gone is the quiet of this night, but not the stillness.

Well on the coldest nights I have learned that staying warm and having fun can be done while with someone you love. It can be very conducive to passion as well.
Blessings and love,
Sassy

That I must not fear the cold so much I refuse to get up when I need to go to the bathroom. If I fall back to sleep, I dream about looking for a bathroom, and if I should dream I find one . . . LOL Well, it hasn't happened yet, but you'd be amazed at what my imagination comes up with to keep me from using those dream toilets!

That living on the water makes things even colder and they didn't insulate homes built in the 1920's.

If you have to get up to go pee, get up to go pee. Staying in bed will only make you colder. Your kidneys have to keep your urine warm or you get sick and could die of infection. So allot of your body heat and energy is wasted on keeping something warm that you should be getting rid of. After that, your body can go back to using it's energy and heat to keep you warm.
