1. -1.5
2. -11
3. -13.2
4. -9.6 or 2.6, depending on if that is a minus after the four..
Try using a number line, it really helps when starting to learn these things. I'm sure you know how to add and subtract. Practice with whole numbers first, and once you can do that without a number line, add the decimals in. But one tip that was always hard for me: subtracting a negative. If you get a question where you have to subtract a negative (ex. 1- -5), all it is is adding the two numbers (so the sum would be 6). Good luck!

+5.1 - +6.6 = 5.1 - 6.6 = -1.5
-7.3 - +3.7= -7.3 - 3.7 = -11
-8.1 - 5.1 = - 13.2
-3.1 - (+0.4- +6.1) = -3.1 - (-5.7) = -3.1 + 5.7 = 2.6

Why don't you draw yourself a number line so you can visualize it? Adding a negative or subtracting moves you left, adding (a positive) moves you right. You can easily check your answers with a calculator (or with Google calculator).
