The statute provides for Voting by the legislators & Memebers of Parliament-- Peoples' Reps.
People sent in their sentiments for Dr Kalam to have a second term.
Nearly all political groups opposed it. Does it amount to acting against PUBLIC WISH?
If yes, have the peoples' Reps lost their mandate to represent their electorate?
If yes, to what effect?
