Go into your router configuration (typically type the IP address of your router in your Internet Explorer) and in there you should be able to limit it. Once you are there it depends on your model of router, etc.

Unfortunately this is not feasible with the typical inexpensive SOHO class router. You'd need something like a DLink DFL-210 which supports traffic shaping. Street prices are typically around $350 and configuration is not a task for the casual user.

A less expensive option if you are somewhat computer savvy would be something like IPCop http://www.ipcop.org that you would install on a spare PC and connect between your broadband connection and your home network. The PC would need to have 2 NICs in it but this isn't all that hard though if you go that route I'd strongly recommend mainstream NICs from Intel or 3Com as they are fully supported.

if you use a linksys router, you can log into the router by going to 192.168.1.1 login = admin and password = admin.
Once you are in, click on "access restrictions" , from there you can limit access to any pc on the network. Good Luck, and hope this helps.
