I have found the CIrcuit Breaker panel with reset but cannot find the location of the power trim relay, the trim will go up fine but will not go down at all. Help please!

You will need a test light to find where it lose power.
Many Trim Pumps use solenoids on the pump and it may be as simple as replacing a solenoid. The Trim Pump has the Hydraulic hoses going to it. Some may be inside the boat close to the engine and some are mounted outside by or under the lower unit.

Is this a trim on the Eng mounts than it's an electric motor check power at the connections on the trim motor.Just follow the power from the source to the switch to the rocker switch to the lift. Need more info from you on what you have???

outdrives usually have two adjustment dials on the lower unit. there is also a trim motor that is usually in the bilge and requires fluid. the adjustment dials are on the sides of the lower unit. you will need a person to operate the trim while you make the adjustment.
