Well I am a little out of shape and wanted to do some abdominals & treadmill will this affect my chances of conceiving?? Beacuse I really want a baby also?

No, these things shouldn't effect your chances of conceiving...in fact, it should help you conceive, if anything. I'm not sure what your weight situation is, but being overweight can actually make this harder, so it's great you're trying to get healthier. The better your overall health, the greater your overall chances.

I know first-hand that exercising ALOT will cause your body to think its under stress and it will take longer to get pregnant. I had to stop vigorus exercise for about a year before I conceived.

I think in your circumstances - getting the blood flowing and getting into shape will not effect your chances negatively at all.

I think Valerie is right on this one, Doll. Getting increased blood flow throughout your body will increase your oxygen levels as well. Avoid the strenuous exertion but don't be afraid to exercise moderately. Good LUck

in many circumstances, exercising can help enhance fertility. It would not especially enhance or shrink threat of concept (that keeps to be around 20% each and each cycle for wholesome couples). good success.
