At the end of the video it shows a sign that reads
'The great wall of Mexico under construction'....What does this mean?

yes. the song is about the whole Mexican immigration thing. The Great wall of Mexico part is basically saying its like the Great wall of China, how the wall was to keep invaders out. Its like we're repeating history and building a big wall to keep the "Mexican invaders" out of the US. and its funny because Americans are actually trying to build a wall. The white stripes are pretty much mocking the American right-wing extremists.

I'm sure it has to do with the whole immigration mess. Considering that both major political parties are undecided as to what position to support, I cannot imagine that the White Stripes have formed a well-thought out opinion. Sounds like they are in favor of opening up the floodgates. That should work great.
