A little creature called a banana bug. It gets into the fruit. As soon as the fruits appear, put bags around them to keep the bugs out. The bags can be treated with insecticides. Here on the Gulf coast of Texas, we grow bananas in our yards.

Banana s grow in countries that have almost the same temperature night and day for long spells at a time. This gives the banana s time to ripen. The other problem we have is the pollination of the banana is at the wrong time of year for this country(as there is no insects or bees around to pollinate them)So they drop before maturity.
