Yes, because the person who asked probably had somebody close died and was looking for solution of his cremation over Yahoo Answers. You just kinda pushed him over the edge.

I agree not , even though you were profound, you where not being hurtful on purpose. But really, you could have worded that better. Remember your answer will be heard, but did you really read the question? what if this is a REAL event. what if this were your mother or your child. Each question and answer influences others. And others may not be as desensitized as you.

The question was surely a joke, so the answer was appropriate. Ask customer care to give you back your points.

Uh, yeah! It's disrespectful to whoever asked the question, since they are probably asking the question for that very reason! Honestly, that is super insensitive. Have you ever had anyone you care about die? It doesn't sound like it to me. You probably have no idea what it feels like to lose someone. So seriously, wise up and gain some respect for other's feelings, and the dead. Shesh.

Well, it was a bit foolish of you, but I wouldn't have reported you. Maybe the one who did it just had lost someone recently.

Perhaps you got a violation because you didn't even spell they're correctly?
