I am working in Kuwait and have just got my Kuwaiti driving licence. A colleague reckoned that I could use this licence to drive legally in any other of the Gulf Co-operation Council (GCC) countries. Is this true?

To drive a car from Kuwait through other countries the following are required:

International Driving License
Orange Card Insurance (for Arab countries)
