my instinct has never failed me.
i trust and listen to it implicitly.
what is so important is the ability to use instinct to
read another person correctly...and literally see through them.

Very. Instinct is a developed tool. Just like the brain, It is tailor made for the individual. While it can be trained incorrectly, A Properly programmed gut is wonderful

Not very. I have a nearly complete dependency on my brain. Even if I don't know it, I will try to figure it out in spite of my lack of knowledge. I always overthink and overanalyze. It has its advantages at times. But no, I almost never go off instinct alone.

Sometimes useful. Frinstance, my instinct tells me something isn't right and I escape. Sometimes my instinct tells me to whack someone annoying. But this would result in a criminal record, so I don't follow it then!

When I hear it, it's right. If it's fast enough, I'm safe. A lot of what I do now is based on instinct. I'm good at what I do.

Its very helpful. When I want to fart I fart, for example. Now sometimes instinct cannot help . Take diarrhea for example. You didnt even think about it and the **** is already in your pants.

well i don't call it my instinct i call it The Holy Spirit and yes he is very helpful because that is how God speaks to me when i am doing something wrong or when i am about to go something i am not supposed to do and i am very grateful for that ...

my instinct is very good! i just dont listen to my innerself all the time, and i really should.because, by not lisening, i set myself up to get hurt. i know this when i leap into something, but at the time it might feel good, and than i myself suffer the after effects! but than i have no one to blame but myself!!

I always trust it, but that doesn't mean it always works out... twice now have I fallen for the right guy for instance.... true soul mates... and yet... they both were already spoken for..... so.... tough luck... but my instincts still were right.
