Actually the Vikings got there hundreds of years ago using their Longboat technology and some really big sails and oars. Naturally NASA and the Republicans hushed this up - if it was known how cheaply it could actually be done, there is no way they could justify the NASA budget, a large percentage of which is actually funneled to the Masons to continue their good work of suppressing and confusing the truth.

To my knowledge, no country has left the Earth's surface for some time. Some countries has been destroyed, reformulated, annexed, invaded, grown through imperialistic expansionism, some have simply been renamed -
but to my knowledge, no country has yet to go to the moon for a stroll.
In all fairness, I realize that all countries must maintain secrecy about certain affairs of state, but I also believe that if a country had made such a choice, it would have leaked out.
