It was announced in todays Daily Telegraph that David Cameron could face a leadership challenge in the near future.

Do you actually think that this will happen given that the Conservatives have now changed their name to 'the David Cameron Conservative Party' as can be seen from the ballot papers in Thursdays by-election in Ealing Southall?

I don't understand how the hell he is facing leadership challenge?

The tories will be shooting themselves in foot if they sack him!

The tories need stability...you can't have successful party if they keep changing thier leader all the time!

He's the best leader they've had since William Hague. I think he can humiliate Brown more at PMQs...then he may stand a chance in the general election.

His policy on bringing back the traditional family is a very good policy...Lets finally sort out the single parents once and for all!

Only 2 Tory MP's have so far questioned his leadership and there need to be 26 I think to officially mount a challenge. I'm not a Tory voter but do think they should start putting policy before their desperation to get back into power. They need to sort out what they stand for and what they believe in - this is what makes them unelectable, not their choice of leader.

Birish politics is a shambles. Looking back at history, I cannot see that there has ever been a time when this country has been so bereft of leaders - of ANY denomination. Will someone beat "Drake's Drum" - soon

I hope so as it would be good to see a decent opposition. And I say that as socialist.
