Hi Ive run through this pattern today. When youve run through the pattern a few times are the changes noticible and permanent? Will i "see" + "feel" changes and behave in a more effective manner as my second brighter picture depicted? Any advice/info/experiences would be greatly appreciated x

To Bullit (3rd Answer) YES the first is experiential (in the moment) and the seond is dissociated.Im sure that is correct. I think that this will be a thing of practise. I still cant hype myself into much of a state to anchor a "high" state!!!!

When you run through this pattern enough and actually start believing it then your attitudes will change. For most this will be a gradual process, believing you have the ability for positive change and that you are worth it is the basis of this type of therapy.

You WILL feel and see the differences, when you hold a new attitude and you are then faced with "one of your triggers" you will start looking at that trigger in a new way and will handle it differently.

Good Luck.....keep going, you are worth it!

You will see and feel changes, but I think you have to do them more than just a few times. In his book, John Kehoe suggests practicing an NLP exercise for at least 90 days in order for it to bed into your subconscious mind and produce results in your life and behaviours.

i have a question, was the second smaller picture suppose to be disassociated as it grows bigger to replace the first associated 1 as the first one black out. someone said 90 times, thats a whole lot of times just to learn something- i highly dought 90 times is how much anyone needs. its most 5 at most is my guess.
