no, i know this because my husband had his suspended in ohio and could not get his in indiana it took us 2 years to get it cleared up and may trips to ohio courts. so if you are moving very far away from penn then i would get it cleared up before you go to oregon or plan on making long trips back and forth.

Nope.

I remember back in the 70's one could get away with having valid drivers licenses from more than one state. These days any state DMV will know in a minute if an individual has a driver license problem in another state, and will not issue one until cleared up.
