I left my family on sort of rocky terms. Luckily, I was able to patch it up. But my connection is deepest with my mother. I could be dead for all I know if it wasn't for her. I love that woman to death, and would gladly give my life for. As for my siblings, we have a basic sibling relationship. On and off again arguments, beefs, fights, etc. But I'd give anything for them too, even if they don't realize it.
Me being in the military and currently deployed to Iraq, I haven't much time to stay connected all the time. I normally call them about once a month, and try to speak with whomever's home that day. I plan on going home to visit them soon, once my deployment tour is done. I try to stay in touch with them as much as possible.

I feel pretty stable, but I feel like he isn't, he questions me a lot when he asks me how my day is, but he's always had shady relationships, that's what must be the problem.

This answes for me!
Rock of ages rock of ages cleft for me)
There's a family Bible on the table each page is torn and hard to read
But the family Bible on the table will ever be my key to memories
At the end of day when work was over and when the evening meal was done
Dad would read to us all from the old family Bible
And we'd count our many blessings one by one
I can see us sittin' round the table when from the family Bible dad would read
And I can still hear my mother softly singing rock of ages rock of ages cleft for me
Now this world would oh so much better be
If we'd find more Bibles on the tables and mothers singing rock of ages cleft for me
Rock of ages rock of ages cleft for me

My loved ones are my children and grandchildren. It is forever and lasting no matter what. I adore all of them. My love is never ending and eternal. In fact, when I die, I plan on coming back to visit them!
